2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

0.1. Non-Dedicated Services: Refund requests for RDP, Windows VPS, Forex VPS, BlueStacks VPS, and every other non-dedicated service are accepted within 48 hours of service delivery. Requests received after this timeframe are not eligible.

0.2. Dedicated Servers: Owing to the nature of Dedicated Server services, all sales are considered final, and it won't be possible to issue any refunds.

0.3. Exceptions: Users found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Usage Policy will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Procedures

0.1. Refund Requests: To submit a refund request, please email [email protected] with your order details, the rationale for your request, and any relevant supporting documentation.

0.2. Processing Timeline: Refunds will typically be processed within five (5) business days upon receipt of a cancellation request. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or festive seasons.

0.3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method utilized during the transaction. Third-party wallets or alternate payment details will not be accommodated for refunds.

0.4. Cryptocurrency Refunds: For payments made via cryptocurrencies, refunds will be calculated based on the prevailing market value of the cryptocurrency on the refund issuance date. We reserve the right to determine the prevailing market value at our own discretion.
