Question 1

What is the difference between RDP, VPS and Dedicated Servers?

Accepted Answer

Shared RDP gives you a Windows remote desktop on shared resources for everyday work. A VPS is an isolated virtual server with administrator or root access for apps you manage yourself. Dedicated Servers are physical machines with no shared neighbors — best when you need full hardware control. Compare options with [Find My Server](/find-server) or browse [RDP](/rdp), [Windows VPS](/vps/windows), [Linux VPS](/vps/linux), [Forex VPS](/vps/forex), and [Dedicated Servers](/dedicated-servers).

Question 2

Which server should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Choose Shared RDP for everyday remote Windows access, a VPS when you need isolated resources and admin control, or dedicated hardware for maximum isolation and performance. If you are unsure, use [Find My Server](/find-server) or [contact sales](/contact-us).

Question 3

Which locations are available?

Accepted Answer

We provide infrastructure across regions including the USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia. Start with [RDP locations](/rdp/locations), [Windows VPS](/vps/windows), [Linux VPS](/vps/linux), [Forex VPS](/vps/forex), or [Dedicated Servers](/dedicated-servers).

Question 4

How quickly are servers provisioned?

Accepted Answer

Shared RDP and most VPS orders are typically ready within minutes after successful payment, with login details sent by email and shown in the billing portal. Dedicated Servers are provisioned manually and can take longer because hardware is racked and configured to order.

Question 5

Does RDP include administrator access?

Accepted Answer

All RDP uses a standard user login and does not include administrator access. For full administrator control, choose a [Windows VPS](/vps/windows).

Question 6

Which operating systems are available?

Accepted Answer

Operating-system options are listed with each published plan. We primarily offer Windows Server for RDP and Windows VPS, while Linux VPS plans provide multiple operating-system options during ordering.

Question 7

How does billing and payment work?

Accepted Answer

Orders are placed through our secure billing portal. You pay for the first period at checkout, then renew on a recurring cycle until you cancel. Accepted methods commonly include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (availability can vary at checkout). Payment card details are handled by third-party processors — see our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy) and [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service).

Question 8

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All non-dedicated services, including RDP and VPS plans, include a 48-hour refund period from service delivery. Dedicated Server sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds return to the original payment method, typically within five business days. Orders that violate our [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service) or [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use-policy) are not eligible. Full details: [Refund Policy](/refund-policy).

Question 9

What activities are not allowed on your servers?

Accepted Answer

You must use services lawfully. Prohibited uses include illegal activity, hacking, phishing, spam, DDoS, fraud, malware distribution, harassment, resource abuse that harms others, and any child exploitation material (zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and reported). Read the full rules in our [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use-policy) and [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service).

Question 10

How do you handle my personal data?

Accepted Answer

We collect and use account, order, and site-usage information to provide and secure the service. We do not store payment card numbers ourselves — processors handle card data under PCI standards. Details on collection, cookies, analytics, and your choices are in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy).

Question 11

Who can order, and how do I cancel or close an account?

Accepted Answer

Services are for users 18 or older. You agree to our [Terms of Service](/terms-of-service) when you use the site or billable products. Recurring services continue until cancelled in the billing portal or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches as described in the Terms and [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use-policy). Questions: [Contact us](/contact-us).
