Acceptable Use Policy
Rules intended to protect customers, networks, third parties, and service availability.
These terms should be reviewed by the business before production publication.
Lawful and authorized use
Services must be used lawfully and only for activity the customer is authorized to perform. Fraud, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, phishing, and infringement are prohibited.
Network and platform abuse
Denial-of-service activity, scanning without authorization, spam, abusive automation, attempts to evade platform controls, and activity that degrades shared infrastructure are prohibited.
Resource use
Workloads must remain within the resources and usage limits of the selected plan. Resource-intensive software should be confirmed before purchase, especially on shared products.
Investigation and response
Credible abuse reports may be investigated and service may be restricted while risk is assessed. Customers are expected to cooperate with reasonable remediation requests.
